New Balance’s 992 has been one of the brand’s hottest items since its relaunch in 2020. This week, the recent Supima cotton-lined version has surfaced in a fresh “Easter” theme, available now.
The New balance 992 has dominated the sneaker world for nearly two years now, after the Boston brand revived the running shoe for its anniversary in 2020. Now the 992 continues to release in fresh styles and colorways, including a new version of the shoe that features a soft Supima cotton underlay, in place of the usual breathable mesh material used. The new Supima version of the 992 is the basis for New Balance’s latest release which casts the 992 in a wide palette of pastel tones, creating a perfect Easter-themed release. The look begins with a mixed blue and green base layer, split between a green forefoot and blue rear sections. Next, the 992s quarter panels are added in bright yellow, while a dusty blue mudguard protects your toes. Shades of grey make up the heel elements, while a lime green inner lining completes the new look.

New Balance’s latest colorway of the Made in USA 992 launched earlier this week, and is currently available directly from the Boston brand’s website in a wide range of sizes. Featuring the 992’s Supima cotton underlay version, this pastel look comes with the usual price tag of $185, with a wider releases expected soon.
