New Balance quietly introduced the new 610 silhouette this year, taking inspiration from early-2000s trail runners for a rugged design. This week, the shoe dropped in a new ‘Beef and Broccoli’ look, available now.
New Balance has introduced a new silhouette to their Trail and Hiking line this season, debuting the shoe overseas before launching in the United States this week. Dubbed the 610, the new model takes inspiration from their early 2000s shoes, bringing a retro aesthetic to the modern world of trails. One of the first colorways to release on our continent gives the shoe a ‘Beef and Broccoli’ look. The shoe begins with a dark green mesh base layer, adding dark brown suede for the outer layers. Black stitching adds to the toes and ‘N’ logos, as well as making up the shoe’s C-CAP-cushioned sole unit.

New Balance’s first colorways of the 610 to launch stateside dropped earlier this week, on March 9th, 2023. The initial batch includes this ‘Beef and Broccoli’ color scheme, which is currently available from the brand’s website in a wide range of sizes, with a price tag of $110.
