The New Balance 550 continues to launch in new colorways, feeding the massive demand for the vintage basketball shoe. This week, we have our first look at a new Beige style, coming soon.

New Balance’s retro 550 ‘Basketball Oxford’ continues to dominate as one of the brand’s most sought-after shoes at the moment. In fact, despite the mountain of releases in the past year, the 550 is entirely sold out on the brand’s website, a testament to both its demand as well as the New Balance team’s savvy release tactics. Luckily for us, there are more pairs on the horizon, like this new ‘Beige’ look that surfaced earlier this week. Following the general color blocking for the 550, this pair features a largely white leather base across the bulk of the main panels, while beige tones accent the look via laces, New Balance ‘N’ logos, and more.

New Balance’s latest standard-issue colorway of the retro 550 basketball shoe have not been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in the coming weeks. Arriving in simple beige and white tones, the ‘Silver Birch’ pair comes with a price tag of $110, releasing from both New Balance and select retailers.
