New Balance’s 550 is adding more and more new colorways to the lineup. This week, the silhouette emerged in the recently popular ‘Sea Salt’ color scheme, arriving in women’s sizes later this season.

The New Balance 550 has become a staple in the brand’s arsenal, releasing in a mountain of colorways since its reintroduction a few years ago. Having restocked in a number of the more popular styles last week, the Boston-based brand is adding new pairs to their upcoming releases, starting with a clean ‘Sea Salt’ look that debuted overseas today. The palette seen here has been used on a number of recent NB releases, from the new 90/60 model to the 2002R runner. Now, the 550 goes tonal, using shades of egg white to construct the leather upper, adding perforated panels along the sides of the shoes. The midsole adds some yellowed elements to it for a bit more depth as well.
