New Balance’s releases of the retro 550 are non-stop. Adding new colorways on a regular basis, this week the low-top basketball shoe appeared in a dark ‘Natural Indigo’ blue suede colorway, coming soon.
The New Balance 550 has become a staple in the brand’s arsenal, releasing in a mountain of colorways since its reintroduction a few years ago. Having restocked in a number of the more popular styles last week, the Boston-based brand is adding new pairs to their upcoming releases, including this new ‘Natural Indigo’ look. Borrowing the dark navy blue shade from other recent releases, the 550’s version applies indigo suede across the upper, broken up only by cream white tongues and laces, as well as a small mid-layer hit around the collars. The midsoles come in plain white, with a cream tone making up the outsoles to complete the look.

New Balance’s latest colorway of the 550 has not been announced for release, though we expect to see them land in stores sometime in 2022. Dressed in a tonal ‘natural Indigo’ look, pairs of the navy blue styles will be available from both New Balance’s website and select retailers for $110.
