New Years is around the corner, and sneaker brands have begun to unveil their annual ‘Lunar New Year’ collections to celebrate. This week, New Balance unveiled a pair of 550 colorways for the occasion, coming soon.
New Balance is releasing their Lunar New Year collection later this week, which features a variety of models with several color options on hand for everyone. One of the main sneakers in the collection is the 550, which will be available on December 30th. Inspired by the Year of the Rabbit, the collection features shoes in soft, neutral color schemes making them easy to wear and pair with any outfits. The 550 is set to drop in Sea Salt and Driftwood colorways, the former of which features a near-tonal white construction, with hints of cream for accents and a grey midsole. The Driftwood pair comes in a sand tan upper with concrete grey accents and a cream midsole. Both pairs feature bright red New Balance branding on the tongues and heels to complete the look.
