New Balance only announced their in-line retros of the 550 basketball oxford this week, and already more colorways have started to surface. Today, we have an early look at two black-based pairs whose color schemes may as well be “Shadow” & “Bred” colorways.

New Balance’s first in-line colorways of the P550 basketball oxford haven’t even released yet, and already the Boston brand has more on the way. Revealed online earlier this week, an additional two color schemes of the retro court shoe have appeared, this time decking out the silhouette in mostly black uppers, in stark contrast to the first two set to release this week. Bearing the legendary “Shadow” and “Bred” color schemes, these new 550s begin with a black-bases upper, in either nubuck or leather depending on the colorway. Next, light grey mesh underlays appear around the heel of the shoe for added cushioning and comfort, while accent colors of either grey or red light up the New Balance ‘N’ logo, 550 branding, and heel counters.
