The New Balance 327 silhouette has made quite a splash since it first released back in April. In the weeks since, we’ve seen a handful of new colorways, with very few releases. This week, we add another to the list, as we wait patiently for the next 327 release.
New Balance’s plans for their new 327 silhouette are just getting started. Having kicked off the debut of the new sneaker in collaboration with Casablanca, the Boston brand is now underway with the general release of the 327, the first batch of which dropped early in May. Now, as we edge closer to Summer, more and more colorways of our favorite upcoming silhouette are surfacing, like this vibrant purple model we are taking a look at today. Leaked quietly online, this new color scheme applies a bright purple mesh base to the 327 before adding shaggy suede overlays in grey at the toebox and black for the heel counter and lacing systems. An oversized white ‘N’ logo stands out on each side, while a gum rubber outsole completes the look.

The latest addition to New Balance’s growing arsenal of 327 colorways, this purple and grey look, has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to make their debut at New Balance retailers sometime in the coming weeks. The silhouette will likely also release from third-party retailers, with a price tag in the $110+ range.
