New Balance continues to keep things fresh with their 1906R silhouette, a popular runner originally introduced in 2022. This week, a new “Metallic Blue” pair has surfaced, coming Spring 2024.
The 1906R from New Balance has grown immensely in popularity since its reintroduction to their catalog in 2022. Since then, we’ve seen regular new releases of the retro runner, along with plenty of special-edition pairs and collaborations, like the upcoming Kith and Junya Watanbe Loafer styles. However, the Boston brand is still keeping up with their in-line releases of the model, like this “Metallic Blue” version coming in Spring 2024. The new look features its shimmering blue overlays on a white base, with black accents mixed in. Deep shadow purple covers the heel clip and trim of the ‘N’ logos, while a grey, cream, and orange midsole completes the look.
