The New Balance 1300 is back for 2020, continuing on its five-year release schedule that continually draws interest in the vintage runner. This week, the Boston brand refreshed the sneaker with a new Made colorway, mixing green and grey with premium materials.

The New balance 1300 is back this year, keeping on schedule with its regular releases every five years. 2020, however, has been a landmark year for New Balance so far, as the brand’s most popular lines are growing more and more popular amongst both fashion and sneakerheads. So, the celebration of 1985’s 1300 has had an added hype to it over the past couple of months. While New Balance’s special-edition releases of the vintage runner have held the majority of the attention, their much more subtle MADE series helps keep things fresh on the other side of things. This week, the 1300 returned in a new colorway, decking out the shoe in a smooth Forest Green color. Using this tone for the suede overlays, the rest of the shoe uses grey nylon as a base layer and hits of cream white to craft the latest color scheme.
