Nike has been designing the MLB’s City Connect jerseys for several years now, and this Spring they are putting together a matching collection of sneakers. Today we have an early look at the Milwaukee Brewers’ Air Max 1, coming soon.
Nike and the MLB are celebrating their City Connect jerseys with a special program this year. In addition to the new seasonal kits for the teams and their fans, the two have partnered on an expansive collection of City Connect sneakers, which borrow colors and design elements from the jerseys and applies them to footwear. We’ve seen a number of these sneakers pop up in recent weeks, but we have a ways to go until all thirty pairs are revealed. Each style so far has used the Air Max 1 as a canvas, likely meaning all thirty teams will use the iconic runner for this project. Pairs from the Pirates, Braves, and Padres have already circulated online, and now the Milwaukee Brewers are stepping up to the plate. Their version of the AM1 features a white mesh base, adding overlays in Industrial Blue tones. The Swooshes come with an outline in red, yellow, and blue tones, matching the Brewers logos on the heels and tongues.

The upcoming collection fro the MLB and Nike celebrating teams’ City Connect jerseys has not been announced yet, but is expected to arrive in May 2026. The project is expected to feature sneakers for all thirty MLB teams unknown yet, with the Brewers’ pair case in lush shades of blue with primary color accents for the Swoosh and branding hits. Pairs will be available through Nike for $150.
