The Air Jordan 4 “Raptors” is officially set to release. After months of rumors and speculation about whether it would release given Drake’s departure from the brand, the new colorway is now expected to drop next month.

The last time we saw the Toronto-themed Air Jordan 4, the shoe still featured Drake’s signature across the tongue. The brand-new colorway first leaked earlier this year before being confirmed to be a collaboration with the OVO rapper. The shoe was planned to be released as a thematic sequel to Travis Scott‘s “Oilers” 4, though his departure from Jordan Brand required them to replace the signed tongue patch with a plain black one. Now, the shoe is ready to release on its own next month.

The new Raptors colorway begins with a black suede base for the entire upper. Red is added to the signature Jordan 4 eyelets and interior tongue lining for a touch of color, as well as on the heel and toe of the outsole. Finally, the midsole is painted a bright purple tone to complete the “Raptors” theme.
