JJJJound and New Balance have another edition of the 990v3 on the way, which has quickly become their go-to silhouette for collaboration. This time, pairs come in a smooth shade of brown, coming soon.

Back in 2018, JJJJound and New Balance released their first collaborative sneaker, dressing the classic 990v3 in shades of grey. Since then, they’ve released a number of other projects, which include two more colorways of the silhouette in green and dark olive, both in 2022. Now, they are teasing a fourth entry in their 990v3 series, dressing the shoe in chocolate brown tones to finish off the year. The new look begins with a lush brown mesh base layer, with darker mid layers hidden in between. The outer suede portions match the mesh’s shade of brown, while a black inner lining adds some depth to the colors. The shoe’s ‘N’ logos also come in black, while silver metallic tongues and heel counters finish off the new style.

JJJJound’s upcoming new colorway of the New Balance 990v3 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive sometime before the end of 2022. Dressed in a tonal shades of brown, pairs will likely be available first from the Canadian brand’s website, followed by a wider New Balance release, likely with a price tag of $220.
