Jaden Smith and New Balance are back. After debuting the singer’s first signature sneaker last month, the two have another colorway to share with the fans, this time applying a classic New Balance look featuring blue and gold accents on a white backdrop.
When Jaden Smith and New Balance first announced their partnership just over a year ago, we were not sure what to expect from the young entertainer. While he had been seen sporting New Balance shoes recently, the silhouettes were of his own creation, fusing shoes like the NB 1700 with the Louis Vuitton Archlight Runner midsole. creating a contrasting look between the clean tooling and impeccably designed layering of the upper. However, now we have the Vision Racer, Smith’s first signature sneaker. While it’s obvious the inspiration for the Vision is from these custom mashups, the silhouette still carries plenty of New Balance DNA, from the heavily layered upper to the latest color scheme, which adds navy blue and gold accents to an otherwise white canvas.

The next colorway of Jaden Smith’s New Balance Vision Racer has yet been announced for release later this month, on August 28th, 2020. The chunky Vision Racer will be available from both New Balance and select retailers, with a price tag of $150.
