Junya Watanbe’s eYe label and New Balance have regularly collaborated on a number of the footwear brand’s classic shoes, this week introducing three neutral colorways of the 574, coming soon.

The New Balance 574 runner has been a staple of the brand’s arsenal since its introduction in 1988. Originally designated as a ‘technical runner’, the 574 mashed up parts of two different models, but transcended its running origins to become an accessible lifestyle silhouette, thanks to its comfort and simple style. This week, Junya Watanabe’s eYe label unveiled their latest work with the shoe, which colors the silhouette in three neutral color schemes for Fall 2022. Constructed with smooth suede outer layers, the first look styles the 574 in nearly tonal black, with off-white accents wrapping around the heels and outlining the New Balance ‘N’ logos. The ‘Incense’ and ‘Dark Camo’ pairs are similar, though they feature white toe boxes under neath their tan of olive green layers.
