Converse and END. Clothing go together like peanut butter and jelly, or Nike crew socks and Jordan 1. Both are staples amongst the sneakers & streetwear scenes across the United Kingdom, and now, the two are teaming up for a capsule collection of staple footwear celebrating END.’s London flagship store. Dubbed the “Blueprints” pack, the new project from the two partners reimagines the Converse Chuck 70 and Jack Purcell from an architectural point of view, examining the way each shoe is constructed through a strict design lens. Both the Chuck 70 and Jack Purcell feature blueprint-like lines criss-crossing all over, pointing out the angle of the Converse star’s points an the distance between the two eyelets on the inner side. The look also appears unfinished, as with any design plans, as the shoes do not feature symmetrical construction of materials.
END. CLOTHING X CONVERSE “BLUEPRINTS” PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
The upcoming capsule collection from the UK’s END. Clothing and Converse has been scheduled to release next week, on February 1st, 2020. The “Blueprints” pack, inspired by END.’s London store, features the Chuck 70 Hi for $119 and the Jack Purcell Ox for $105, each in a special-edition green box.
