Montreal’s Dime skate shop last teamed up with Vans in October of 2020, crafting an eye-catching blue colorway of the Half-Cab Pro. Now, the two have reunited, delivering a clean new look for the rarely-seen Skate Mid School silhouette.

Dime and Vans are no strangers to each other, having worked together on a number of projects over the years since the Montreal shop was founded in 2005. Most recently, the two teamed up to give the Half-Cab Pro a new twist in three signature Dime colorways last Fall. Now, the two have linked up once more, this time working on two colorways of the Skate Mid School, an elusive silhouette that rarely sees the light of day, let alone store shelves. Luckily for us, Dime has done their research, and revived the skate-ready silhouette. Today, we have an early look at the white colorway of Dime and Vans latest venture, which pits the Skate Mid in a white nylon upper with pale grey overlays, royal blue heel counters, and the store’s signature yellow hue for the tongue and heel branding. The Skate Mid School is also rumored to be releasing in a “Black/Atlantic Green” color scheme, though no official imagery of this pair has been shared as of this writing.
