Converse’s wild new Aeon Active CX silhouette is back. After debuting in collaboration with A-COLD-WALL, the aggressive runner is gearing up to launch in its first in-line styles, seen here in ‘Bone’ and ‘Salt’.

The Converse Aeon Active CX is quite a departure from your typical Cons footwear. Known for their decades-old classic sneakers, the Massachusetts-based brand debuted something wildly different last month, teaming up with Samuel Ross’ A-COLD-WALL for the release. Now, the Aeon Active is getting ready to drop in new colorways this Summer. While the Cold Wall pairs constructed the sneaker almost entirely from mesh, the in-line pairs are much different, featuring a mesh base layer paired with a neoprene collar system and synthetic leather overlays, as well as heat sealed layers on the toe box. The Active CX will be available in two colorways initially, one tonal ‘Bone’, and the ‘Himalayan Salt’ variant which mixes greyish blue tones with a hint of pink for a clean mixture.
