Chemist Creations and Asics first teamed up last year, transforming the GEL-Kayano 5 and GEL-FujiTrabuco 7 in signature colorways. Now, the two are back with a new project, adding massive Asics branding to the All Court Alpha-L.
Los Angeles creative studio Chemist Creations and Asics have reunited this month, following up on their debut collaboration from 2109 featuring vintage and modern styles from the Asics running lineup. This time around, the two are focusing on Asics’ lifestyle offerings, taking the All Court Alpha-L as their next canvas, and applying a sleek black makeover with some incredibly bold branding choices. The look begins with smooth black suede base layers, before adding overlays in plain black leather around the mudguard and heel sections, as well as reinforcing the lacing system. Asics’ logo appears in white on either side of the shoe, while a massive cutout of the brand’s A symbol is attached to the tongue of each shoe, while “化學製品” branding on the heels completes the look.
CHEMIST CREATIONS X ASICS ALL COURT ALPHA-L RELEASE INFORMATION
The latest project from Los Angeles-based creative studio Chemist Creations and Asics has not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in the coming weeks. The high-top All Court Alpha-L will be available from both partners as well as select Asics retailers, with a price tag of approximately $190.
