Los Angeles-based apparel brand Bricks & Wood is back with another New Balance project this year. For this release, they are popping up in San Francisco at All-Star Weekend to release the 1000 and Fresh Foam BB.
Founded in South Central Los Angeles, Bricks & Wood aims to use their high quality cut & sew garments to foster a community in their home neighborhood. Over the last few years, their ongoing partnership with New Balance has helped grow the brand in scale and popularity, with their clothing becoming a major staple of the LA streetwear scene.
This week, B&W has announced their next project with New Balance, which will take them to San Francisco to participate in the NBA’s All-Star Weekend festivities. The two are hosting an event on Friday, February 14th, where they will release a two-piece “A Different Bounce” collection, featuring the 1000 and Fresh Foam BB silhouettes. The Fresh Foam performance shoe features an all-yellow build, while the 1000 comes in a black and yellow build. This pair also has an entirely 3M upper, which appears as a greenish-yellow shade under direct light.

Bricks & Wood’s next collaboration with New Balance has been scheduled to debut on February 14th, 2025. Pairs will be available through the brand’s event in San Francisco for All-Star Weekend, and then a wider lannch on February 21st will take place. Both the 1000 and the Fresh Foam BB will be limited to only 500 pairs each.
