Kyle Ng’s Brain Dead Studios is cooking up another project with Reebok for this year. Following up on their Zig Kinetica project from last year, this time around Brain Dead is applying their signature look to the Club C Revenge, coming soon.
The last time we saw a sneaker release from Brain Dead and Reebok, the Los Angeles creative studio dressed up two colorways of the Zig Kinetica II in wavy looks inspired by Japanese action films. Since then, the two have taken a short hiatus, and are already hard at work cooking up their next release, the Brain Dead Club C Revenge. While we are still waiting on the shoe’s official announcement for the story behind the colors, we already have the official images on hand to get a sense of what to expect. As with their previous collaborations, Brain Dead and Reebok push the boundaries of their designs, choosing high-texture textiles and eye catching tones. The Club C features a shaggy blue suede underlay matched with deep brown panelling. The Reebok vector logo and laces add splashes of dark forest green, while co-branded Brain Dead Reebok branding appears on the tongues of both shoes.
BRAIN DEAD X REEBOK CLUB C REVENGE RELEASE INFORMATION
The latest project from Brain Dead and the ‘Bok has not been announced for release, though we are expecting the Club C Revenge to arrive on shelves sometime in the coming weeks. Dressed in blue and brown shaggy suedes, the fresh new look will likely be available from both Reebok and select retailers. UPDATE 8/3/22: Reebok and Brain Dead are ready to debut their fuzzy new Club C, releasing on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022. Pairs will be available from the brand’s website, with a wider Reebok release expected to follow shortly.
