Atmos and Nike are back on top of the sneaker game. After last year’s re-release of the “Elephant” Air Max 1, the two are bringing much more new and old heat to the table, like the Atmos x Nike Air Max 1 Retro Premium “Curry” pack coming soon.

Atmos and Nike are well-known for creating some of the most recognizable Air Max sneakers of all time. The pair were responsible for just about every grail-worthy shoe before 2009, and have continued to produce incredible shoes since. However, 2017 & 2018 have seen a change in their releases. The two started to reach into their archives to re-release some of their most sought-after colorways as well as creating new stories. Last week, we got a good look at their upcoming “We Love Nike” project featuring shoebox graphics. Now, thanks to our friends Py_Rates, we have a look at two more shoes coming from Atmos and Nike. Check out the new Air Max 1 Retro Premium “Curry” pack.

The new Atmos x Nike Air Max 1 pack is a beauty. Taking inspiration from spicy red and green curry, the two new colorways cover the Air Max 1 Premium varying shades of each color. The “Red Curry” pair begins with a tan base for the mesh, laces, and Swoosh. Next, the Air Max 1’s signature layers are created using two tones of red suede, one bright and one dark. The shoe is finished by white Nike Air branding on the heels and insoles. The “Green Curry” pair is almost identical to the first, though it utilizes a grey mesh base with varying shades of a yellow-green tone.

The Atmos x Nike “Curry” pack will launch from both Nike SNKRS and select retailers soon. Both the red and green colorways will retail for $150, so start saving now if you plan on copping both.
