The ASICS Sportstyle division is a relatively recent addition to the family, created out of a necessity to recategorize classic running shoes that are still immensely popular today. The Sportstyle lineup initially started out with retro models like the GEL Lytes, Trainers, and Kayanos. As the roster expanded, ASICS began developing brand new silhouettes to fill the gaps in the Sportstyle collection, as well as providing more modern styles and technologies for casual wear. Among these new shoes is the Tarther Blast, a sleek running-inspired silhouette that pairs durable materials with the all-day comfort of a foam midsole. This week, ASICS released their latest color scheme of the Tarther Blast, which mixes olive green and navy blue accent colors with a cream white ripstop base layer.
