Bulgarian designer Kiko Kostadinov has been hard at work drumming up wild new sneakers for Asics’ SportStyle division. This week, the Japanese brand unveiled their latest creation, the HN2-S Protoblast, coming soon.

Though the collaboration between Asics and Kiko Kostadinov is no more, the Bulgarian designer is still leading the way for the Japanese brand’s SportStyle division, blending the lines between performance footwear and fashion. As the creative director of SportStyle, Kiko and Asics have already released a number of exciting projects, merging the designer’s abstract ideas with Asics performance technology. This week, the two unveiled their latest creation, the HN2-S Protoblast, a new silhouette combining elements from older models like the GEL-HOOP V6 with a new FF Blast foam midsole tooling. The HN2-S Protoblast will launch in a total of four colors, one tonal grey rendition, one Evergreen colorway, and finally two mixed Black/Brown and Blue/Purple styles.
