This included an updated version of the shoe alongside the original, which kept the entirety of the upper intact and replaced the midsole with full-length GEL cushioning for a sleeker profile and more comfortable ride. This week, the GEL Kayano 5 360 is set to release in another new color scheme, which akes some subtle changes to the upper. The new version features a knit textile base layer in grey, with shiny silver overlays replacing the usual matte leather and suede. White accents complete the upper, while grey Gel technology fills the midsole.
