ORIGINAL STORY:
The World Cup rolls around every four years, and sneaker brands always jump at another opportunity for a special release or unique colorway. This year, Jordan Brand will celebrate the Brazilian national team with their own pair of the Air Jordan 3, coming soon.
Jordan Brand first marked a FIFA World Cup moment in 2014 with the Brazil Pack, releasing World Cup–inspired AJ6 and CP3.VII AE colorways celebrating the host nation’s colors alongside apparel for the global soccer event. The Cup has only come around twice more in the twelve years since that release, but Jordan Brand appears eager to revisit the concept for a new release, despite Brazil not playing host to the games this year. Nonetheless, the Jumpman is cooking up another special release for Brazil, this time featuring the Air Jordan 3. There are currently no in-hand photos of the the shoe to give us a precise look, but details from our favorite leakers @zSneakerheadz give us plenty to go off of. The special pair will come primarily in the bold Racer Blue shade, with surround pieces of the upper in black. Bright gold shades will cover the shoe’s branding, while Lucky Green accents complete the look.
AIR JORDAN 3 “BRAZIL” RELEASE INFORMATION
The upcoming special release of the Air Jordan 3 for Brazil and the FIFA World Cup has not been announced yet, but is currently rumored to release on May 16th, 2026. The AJ3 dons the country’s colors for this release, covering the silhouette in a bold Racer Blue tone, with accents in bright yellow and a lush green. Pairs will likely be available from both Nike and select retailers, and pricing is expected to fall in the $200 range.

UPDATE 3/16/26: Tennis star Carlos Alcaraz has inadvertently leaked Jordan Brand’s upcoming “Brazil” Air Jordan 3. This is not a full look at the shoe quite yet, but it does show enough to have a better idea of the special-edition pair’s color blocking.
