adidas’ classic ZX 8000 has kept mostly quiet so far this year, occasionally popping up in new in-line colorways or special-edition projects. This week, we have an early look at a new two-pack of colorways inspired by classic Korean beverages.

The adidas ZX 8000 has surfaced in some new styles this week, returning to the Three Stripes shelves after a short hiatus in 2021. Now, the vintage runner has emerged in a two-pack of colorways celebrating classic Korean beverages, dressing the silhouette in “Fresh Green Tea” and “Strawberry Latte” color schemes. Both pairs feature the usual mesh base layer with suede overlays and TPU support pieces, though they differ greatly in color blocking. The Green Tea look splits the shoe’s toe from the rest of the look, dousing it in a flat gunmetal grey tone, while the midfoot and heel appear in a vibrant shade of Kelly green. The Strawberry look is much brighter, featuring a uniform pink tone from toe to heel, with splashes of white and cream shades strewn throughout.

The “Linen Green” color scheme will be available from both adidas and select retailers like Aphrodite for $140.
