New Balance Dresses the 991 MADE in UK in Simple Grey, Navy, and Red

The New Balance 99x series has received a lot of love from fans recently, and the Boston brand is serving up more than we can handle through new colorways and collaborations. This week, the classic 991 MADE surfaced with a new grey, navy, and red color scheme.

The New Balance 99x series is everywhere in 2020, from the return of the 992 to JoeFreshGoods’ killer All-Star Weekend project. As the year’s early releases continue their run of popularity, the Boston-based footwear brand is rolling our even more excellent options for their fans, focusing on the silhouettes we all know and love. This week, the famous 991 surfaced in a new color option via the Great Britain portion of New Balance’s website, with a wider release expected soon. The new look starts the 991 off with a white mesh base layer reinforced by pale grey pigskin suede overlays. The mudguard, shank, and heel counter that form one overlay are done up in a solid navy blue tone, while minimal red accents adorn the heels, tongue, and midsoles.
