Klutch Sports frontman and lead agent, Rich Paul, has teased the next collaboration under the Klutch Athletics x New Balance label. This time, the two are cooking up a special pair of the AC Runner, NB’s latest new lifestyle model.
Rich Paul’s partnership with New Balance began in 2021 when he released his first collaboration featuring the 550, putting his Klutch Sports Group branding on the classic basketball-inspired silhouette. In 2023, he returned with another 550 colorway called “Forever Yours,” featuring co-branding and distinctive palette choices. That same year, Paul and New Balance co-founded Klutch Athletics, a separate sportswear brand focused on functional apparel for athletes, blending Paul’s cultural influence with NB’s design and manufacturing. After launching their “Unbothered” 2010 late last year, Paul has unveiled the next sneaker release for the Athletics brand.
Rich Paul teased another upcoming release from Klutch & New Balance this morning, marking the first collaboration for the AC Runner. The model made its debut on New Year’s Day last month, but the Boston brand has been pretty quiet about the brand new model since then. The sleek silhouette features a more streamlined build compared to other NB lifestyle shoes, and packs the performance-ready Fresh Foam cushioning into the soles. The Klutch Athletics take on the runner features a dot pattern across the upper, with wavy white accents over a black base.
KLUTCH X NEW BALANCE AC RUNNER RELEASE INFORMATION
The next project from Rich Paul’s Klutch Athletics sports agency and New Balance has not been announced, but is likely hitting shelves sometime in Spring 2026. Featuring the Boston brand’s new AC Runner, the model gets a simple black & white palette with a wavy pattern across the upper. Pairs will likely be available from both NB and select retailers, with pricing slightly higher than the standard $150.
