With the upcoming Nike “Griffey” collection, it’s a no-brainer that the Air Griffey Max 1 would be included in the impressive collection with a new “Swingman” edition.
Dressed in similar tones as the “Freshwater” edition, this new version will feature a durable white leather upper that’s detailed by black leather overlays on the toe and mudguard while black wood-inspired overlays cover the heels. Red accents are added to the upper for Swingman branding while a dark teal rubber midsole is added to the bottoms which are accented by a dark black rubber outsole. To add more Griffey additions, the “24” branded strap holds your ankles in while the sneaker is also set to feature a gold home plate hangtag.

A scheduled drop date for the upcoming “Griffey” collection has not been revealed but expect the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “swingman” to release alongside the collection this Summer via select Nike retailers and Nike.com for $170.
