Willy Chavarria’s adidas Megaride AG in “Powder Red” is Coming Soon

adidas has a quiet hit on their hands with the new Megaride AG runner. Already finding its footing among sneakerheads, designer Willy Chavarria has cast the model in a “Powder Red” colorway for Summer, coming soon.

Willy Chavarria’s work with adidas continues this Summer. Born and raised in Southern California, Chavarria’s eponymous label has been hard at work with the Three Stripes for the last few years. Their work has blurred the lines between fashion and streetwear, often leaning on retro adidas sneakers like the Jabbar and Superstar to pair with their apparel offerings. Recently, Willy and his team have been focused on the Megaride AG, a revival of an old adi technology reworked into a more modern, chunky runner. This week, the third entry in Chavarria’s Megaride series has surfaced, dressing the shoe in a soft “Powder Red” color ahead of Summer. The look combines layers of mesh, ripstop, and suede in a light pink shade, adding the TPU cage elements in the Powder Red shade, along with the flexible midsole pods. Red Chavarria branding across the tongues completes the look.

The latest sneaker release from Willy Chavarria and adidas has not been officially announced yet, but is expected to release soon in Summer 2026. Featuring the new Megaride AG silhouette, the LA designer has cast the runner in a soft “Powder Red” pink shade across its many materials and layers. Pairs will be available from both partners and select retailers for $200.
