2021 has gotten off to a slow start but it looks like this weekend will finally see a handful of releases for our first-weekend release rundown of the year.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY (1/21-1/22)
For the first time in 2021, we have a great weekend ahead of us in terms of sneakers. With a full collection of numerous releases, it all gets started Thursday with the Notre x Nike Dunk Highs, including the Light Orewood Brown colorway which will be the Notre exclusive pair. Also, the Black/White Dunk Low will be releasing overseas prior to the US drop in March. Friday will then see a couple of releases on its own with the Nike SB Dunk Low Street Hawker on SNKRS along with Virgil Abloh’s Nike ICONS book, the Air Jordan 4 Starfish, Nike Zoom Freak 2 and Air Max 1 Obsidian dropping in one days time. And finally, Patta will also be releasing their New Balance 991 collab.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY (1/23-1/24)
Nike and Air Jordan will look to rule Saturday’s release schedule as well with three different releases set to go down. Starting with Jordan Brand, the Air Jordan 5 Low CNY will celebrate the Year of the Ox with Nike SB releasing their anticipated Court Purple Dunk Low. Notre will then release their second Nike Dunk High in Blue Void at more retailers. Kanye and adidas will then finish off the weekend with their first release of the year, the very anticipated Yeezy 700 Sun.
