Supreme Dunk releases are often appropriately hyped releases. This year we are getting something special, as the NYC brand has partnered with Martine Rose for a Mike Tyson-clad edition of the classic Nike shoe.
Three-way sneaker collaborations are nothing new, especially for Supreme. The NYC-based skate and lifestyle brand has frequently tapped a third partner for their footwear releases, like last year’s Air Force 1 with GOODENOUGH and their Jean Paul Gautier Vans in 2019. Several weeks ago, leaks of a potential new project popped up, alleging a Nike Dunk with design input from both Supreme and the London-based menswear label Martine Rose. Martine also has their own partnership with Nike which most recently brought us unique take on the Shox MR4 last year.
The new three-way project from Supreme, Martine, and Nike brings the concept of Supreme’s photo tees to the Swoosh’s Dunk Low. The look is centered around Mike Tyson, plastering an image of boxer across both sides of the shoe. The rest of the silhouette is cast entirely in a smooth black leather, with co-branding on the heels that is either a muted gold foil application or a laser-engraved technique. The photo of Tyson is from a November 1986 bout, taken at the moment he knocked down Trevor Berbick and became the youngest heavyweight champion in history.
SUPREME X MARTINE ROSE X NIKE DUNK LOW “MIKE TYSON” RELEASE
The release date for the three-way Nike Dunk collaboration between Supreme and Martine Rose has not been nailed down yet, but the drop is expected later in 2026. Their take on the classic Dunk low features an all-black leather build with a photo of Mike Tyson across both sidewalls of the silhouette, and co-branding at the heels. Pairs will likely be available exclusively through Supreme stores and online, for $150.
