The collaboration between Nike and Southern California brand Stüssy has been everywhere this month, thanks to an insanely popular initial drop last month. Now, we have word that the project will continue, including more colorways of the Zoom Spiridon Caged 2 coming soon.
Nike and Stussy have commanded a lot of attention from the sneaker world this season, thanks to the release of their highly anticipated Zoom Spiridon Caged 2 last month. Now, we’ve slowly gotten early teasers of some of the other silhouettes that will be releasing with Stüssy branding, and even a third, unexpected colorway of the Spiridon Caged 2. Unveiled this weekend, the latest look appears to use the same hemp construction as one of the first pairs, but this time opting for a much darker tonal color scheme. The entirety of the shoe’s natural upper has been blacked out, right down to the Stussy branding and quarter panel Swooshes. The midsole takes on a muted cool grey tone, giving the shoe the appearance that it started out in “Fossil” before taking a dip-dye bath.

The next piece of Stüssy’s ongoing project with Nike is now rumored to release this week, on May 15th, 2020. With so many different shoes popping up for this collaboration, it’s hard to tell what is going to release when, but for now, our best guess is that both this new colorway of the Spiridon Caged 2 and the two colorways of the Spiridon KK will be available on similar timelines.
