SoleFly has a histroy of turning out exceptional Jordan Brand collaborations  Their next is no exception, as the Miami-based boutique has prepared a super-limited Air Jordan 17 Low “Lightning” to be released this weekend.

Made to celebrate the shoes’ first appearance in the 2002 NBA All-Star Game, this pair of the Air Jordan 17 low will be extremely difficult to get ahold of. Originally debuted on the feet of Michael Jordan himself during one of his last All-Star performances, the newest Jordan 17 “Lightning” is an updated version of the OG, and features premium materials and a newer color blocking for the model. The OG shoe featured a mainly white upper, with yellow paneling around the sole. Instead, the 2018 version of the same name will swap the white upper for a rich yellow tumbled leather. The rest of the shoe isn’t blacked out to make the bright lightning sides pop. The tongue and eye stays are constructed from a black ostrich leather, while a black inner bootie provides support around the ankle. Chrome detailing is added to the upper eyelets and a shiny heel piece that provides stiff structure to the shoe. Jordan Brand only produced 2,300 pairs of the “Lightning” SoleFly Jordan 17, so check out the release information below and figure out if you can get your hands on a pair.
