Italy’s Slam Jam Socialism is prepping an upcoming release of Nike’s Air Force 1 Low, following up 2020’s release of the Dunk High with another set of tonal black & grey colorways, coming soon.

Slam Jam Socialism has produced some immensely popular sneaker releases with Nike over the past few years, from their upside-down Swooshes on the Blazer High to the tonal Dunk High colorways a few years back. Now, the two are teaming up to release two colorways of the Air Force 1 Low, once again in simple tonal looks. These pairs of the classic basketball shoes feature identical constructions, beginning with a material change up, adding knit textiles to the AF1’s midfoot paneling. The rest of the upper are built with the usual soft leather, though the toe box perforation patterns have been altered to feature their upside-down ‘A’ logo. The lacing system shows two sets of laces intertwined, one thin rope lace paired with the usual flat lace. Finally, upside-down Nike Air branding on the heels completes the look. The Slam Jam AF 1 will come in your choice of all-black, or a pale grey tone with white accents.
