Nike’s exclusive releases rarely let fans down, and this new Air Max Light is no exception. In celebration of the upcoming Air Max Day, Nike and European retailer Size? have teamed up once again for a gravity defying release.

With the recent drop of the Air Max 90 Mars Landing, Nike looks out to the stars for another space-inspired release. Aptly named Air Max Light, this second iteration of Tinker’s design is lighter than its predecessor and invokes a gravity-defying theme.

The Size? x Nike collaboration gathers inspiration from above and includes thematic space-like features. Most notably, the iconic heel (and tongue) Nike Air logo is flipped upside down to mirror the zero gravity experience in space. Composed of an overarching grey suede/mesh upper, the shoe’s heel and front are highlighted in a vibrant orange color. An all white midsole contrasts the uppers lack of color, and creates a fresh new take on the Air Max Light. A shoe worthy of interplanetary travel, this model dons a unique take on a timeless classic.
