While we’re waiting on this year’s sacai x Nike VaporWaffle collection to release, we just got a glimpse into the future at four new colorways set to release in the Spring of 2021.
sacai and Nike have been tearing it up the past couple of years. With an all-new take to hybrid silhouettes, the two have started trends felt around the entire sneaker community. Now their latest project, the VaporWaffle that’s set to debut this fall, will see more offerings next Spring. Set to drop three colorways this year, Spring of 2021 will host four brand new offerings and all look to be major hits. While sacai and Nike have strengthened their efforts in the past, Spring 2021 looks to be a major season for the two with the already leaked Blazer Low collaboration set to drop as well.
Featuring four new colorways of Black/Off Noir-Off Noir, White/Sail-Sail, Dark Iris/Campfire Orange-White, and Sesame/Blue Void-White, each is competitive and feature their own qualities that make each a must cop for many. First off, the two that stand out are the classic colorways consisting of a dark black and grey design and a white and black edition that’s something we like to see with sacai normally opting for outlandish color-blockings. The other two definitely are great as well with what appears to be an iteration that can be dubbed as inspired by the Los Angeles Lakers, with a purple and gold upper as well as the final iteration which calls for a neutral-toned sesame tan with blue highlights that will look great for the Spring season.
SACAI X NIKE VAPORWAFFLE SPRING 2021 RELEASE INFORMATION
All four colorways discussed above will be releasing this upcoming Spring 2021 season at select retailers and Nike.com for an individual price-tag of $180. UPDATE 1/2: Juice Store USA briefly posted release information for the sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle in white/gum. Although it was immediately taken down, a drop should be coming soon so stay tuned.
UPDATE 6/17: Following the “Dark Iris” and “Sesame” colorways in April, official photos of the “Sail” colorway have now been loaded which suggests the next Sacai x Nike VaporWaffle collection will be releasing soon.
