Ruigi Villaseñor and PUMA have another special-project on the way for this Summer, following up on last month’s release of the Rhude classic Suede. This time around, Rhuigi is lending his personal touch to the PUMA Suede Mid.
Rhuigi Villaseñor’s relationship with PUMA began through his brand, Rhude, when the two first teamed up in 2019. Since then, Rhude and PUMA have established seasonal collections, interspersed by some special-edition projects like the Kyle Kuzma signature Clyde as well as the Suede release from earlier this year. Now, Rhuigi is removing the brand from the mix, instead injecting his own personal style into a project with PUMA this month. Featuring a higher-cut Suede Mid, the new look features a jet black leather upper accompanied by an aged yellow midsole, while thick herringbone laces complete the look.

The latest sneaker from Rhuigi Villaseñor and PUMA, a special-edition Suede Mid, has been scheduled to launch later this week, on July 7th, 2021. Cast in an inky black leather construction, the latest release will be available from PUMA’s website as well as select retailers with a price tag of $100.
