READYMADE will be teaming up with Nike for a Blazer Mid collection that will feature two brand new color offerings in your choice of either black or white.
Designer Yuto Hosokawa has recently made a huge name for his Japanese Clothing Label, READYMADE. While mostly on the fashion end of the news, the brand has made a giant leap into sneakers with an official collaboration with Nike on the classic Blazer Mid. Although “classic”, the silhouette has taken a trip to the future and has come back with a fully renovated design boasting futuristic motifs and unique detailing.
Featuring a multi-layered and multi-material design, the highlights of the Blazer Mid has to be the dual lacing system along with the marble-inspired ankles. Other notable details include the boastful rubber Nike Swoosh branding, and a bumpy white rubber midsole. The sneaker of course also features READYMADE branding on the heels to solidify the design.
READYMADE X NIKE BLAZER MID RELEASE INFORMATION
Both the White and Black renditions of the READYMADE x Nike Blazer Mid is scheduled for a February 27th, 2021 release, and will be releasing via select retailers and Nike.com for $160. UPDATE 3/4: READYMADE and Nike will be releasing a third option of the Nike Blazer Mid which will feature a sleek grey color offering and will be a lot harder to get than the previous two. It will be released via the KaiKai KiKi exhibit in May and has been made available via raffle here.
