The revival of PUMA’s Ralph Sampson was a hit in 2019, prompting the German Sportswear brand to continually refresh the vintage silhouette in new colorways. This week, PUMA finally unveiled the return of the mid-cut Demi OG iteration.

In 2018, PUMA revived their long-dormant Hoops division and renewed their presence in the National Basketball League with a slew of new brand ambassadors. Now, two years later, their success is readily evident through their presence on the court and the astronomical sales numbers they posted last quarter. Additionally, PUMA has been honoring the legacies of some of their legendary basketball sneakers from back in the day, along with the players who wore them. After the success of the return of the legendary Ralph Sampson OG last year, PUMA has has frequent releases of the fan-favorite silhouette, which continue into the new year with the return of the mid-cut Ralph Sampson Demi this week. Featuring the same classic leather construction, the Demi OG will arrive in two colorway, plain black and with accents, and a solid white colorway with red hits.


PUMA’s latest release of the classic Ralph Sampson OG, this time in the mid-level Demi cut, is scheduled to release next week on Monday, January 6th, 2019. The pivotal basketball sneaker will be available in two colorways, black and white with red accents, ans release from both PUMA and select retailers.
