Puma has spent the past few months adding their recently renovated CELL cushioning to a variety of new silhouettes. This week, the CELL Phase, a low-profile training shoe, emerged in a new black & Galaxy Blue color scheme, with plenty of soft cushioning in the heel.

The return of Puma’s CELL technology has helped return some energy to the brand in recent years, along with a number of other factors. However, the refurbished 90s midsole innovation has paved the way for a wave of new silhouettes from the German sportswear giants spanning a variety of categories, like the CELL Phase, built for training. The new shoe is constructed from a woven mesh upper for both breathability and flexibility, while suede overlays and a synthetic leather Formstrip help provide sturdy support for your legs. The eye-catching midsole features a large 10CELL pod in the heel, providing bouncy cushioning to keep you in the gym as long as you need.

Puma’s CELL Phase, the latest in training silhouettes, is scheduled to launch in a dark new colorway next week on July 15th, 2019. The black & “Galaxy Blue” look will carry a cool retail price of just $80, and will be available from both Puma and select retailers.
