Nike React is taking over in 2020, as the Swoosh’s latest and most popular midsole cushioning foam. This week, the brand’s D/MS/X division unveiled their latest silhouette with the signature tech, the women’s React Vision.
The latest silhouette from Nike’s D/MS/X brings something new to the table: an updated version of the brand’s React midsole tooling. Titled the Vision, the new sneaker appears to be the pilot for a new shape of the spongey cushioning material, or perhaps one specially fitted for the women’s size range it comes in. The new look still features solid TPU inlays on the sides and bottom to add grip and stability, while the mid section appears to arc higher than previous iterations, providing more cushioning on the sides of your feet. The new React midsole for the Vision comes paired with an engineered mesh upper, reinforced by a clear plastic heel counter and double-layered suede lacing reinforcement.

Nike D/MS/X’s new React Vision for women made its debut earlier this week at Louisiana retailers Sneaker Politics, with a wider drop expected sometime in the coming weeks. The latest React-equipped sneaker is currently going for a cool $140, a small step down from other model’s featuring the technology.
