Sneakerhead’s favorite and personal holiday will go down later this month as Nike celebrates their beloved Air Max line with a whole entire day full of classic and new silhouettes. Today they unveiled their whole entire lineup for 2020 and the collection is already looking great.
Nike Air was first debuted on March 26th, 1987 and ever since then, the technology has been one of the favorites to this day. Thirty-three years later, and dozens of different silhouettes later, Nike continues to roll-out new innovative updates to the Air unit as well as honor the past. That’s exactly what Air Max Day is all about, launching new updated looks, classic takes and celebrating the love that many of us have for the Swoosh’s Air technology.
To begin, Nike will be launching their Air Max 2090. Inspired by a future life that’s full of electric and solar-paneled vehicles. The overall silhouette is kept classic but they definitely look organic and hybrid and straight off a shelf from 2090. Releasing in two colorways, the initial that will release in full-family sizing as well as the lava glow, which will be a women’s exclusive.
To bring in even more heat, Nike will bring forth the Air Max Duck Camo Pack that will feature the original Air Max 90 Duck Camo sneaker, we all know and love as well as a brand new Air Max 2090 that’ll showcase the rookie Air Max sneaker in a classic and loved colorway. Each will arrive in unisex, youth and toddler sizing so the whole family can enjoy.
Last but not least, the ladies will receive an entire exclusive pack dubbed, the “Metallic Pack” that will feature the Nike Air Max 90 in three different metallic shades of gold, silver and rose gold. The sneakers are also expected to release in toddler sizes as well so the kiddos can rock a pair as well. With trendy 2020 looks in mind, expect these to be a huge hit.
