Nike Shox technology is making a slow comeback this year, aided by exciting collaborations with partners like Skepta and size?. Now, Nike has cooked up something interesting themselves, adding some interesting new materials to the mix.
Nike’s Shox TL silhouette has been at the forefront of their revival this year, hitting retail shelves en masse in standard issue colorways, as well as the more illusive pairs created alongside Skepta, Neymar, and Comme des Garçon. This week, the Swoosh debuted a new standard release colorway that’s not quite as “standard” as you might expect. The latest Shox TL features a brown pony hair tongue and toe box, as well as what appears to be crocodile detailing in navy blue on the heel counters. The colors are set against a deep navy blue upper, with grey accents and a silver Shox midsole.
