LeBron James is no stranger to creating good looking, highly anticipated shoes. His famous multi-color take is released on nearly all of his shoes, with this year’s being no different. Take a look at the new “Fruity Pebbles” Nike LeBron 15.


LeBron James is taking his new Nike LeBron 15 to new levels in 2018, bringing his sneaker franchise back into the eyes of collectors everywhere. Having released a beautiful collaboration with streetwear staple Kith, and with a slew of OG Nike shoe-inspired colorways on the way, this year promises to be important for the King’s signature shoe. In a recent game, LBJ stepped onto the court in a new multi-colored iteration of his 15th shoe. Now being dubbed the “Fruity Pebbles”, the sneaker is a token of Nike’s innovation. The Battleknit upper is comprised from dozens of individual strings, which use every color available to Nike to recreate the incredibly intricate upper. Each section of the Battleknit’s armor like makeup is a host to an entire rainbow of color adding an astounding amount of depth and texture to the shoe. The “Fruity Pebbles” Nike LeBron 15 is completed by a white midsole, white laces, and a translucent purple outsole to protect the Zoom Air bags which reside underfoot. In the images featured, LeBron shows off his customization skills, adding the names of his children and personal mantras like “Man in the Arena” and #JamesGang in sharpie.

While Nike has not yet announced release information for the recently debuted Nike LeBron 15 “Fruity Pebbles”, their appearance on the court could signal a release on the horizon. LeBron’s “Fruity Pebbles” themed shoes have typically sold for exorbitant amounts on the aftermarket, like this size 10.5 LeBron 4 iteration currently asking for $4,000.
