Nike is set to continue their Kay Yow series which is set to include this special black and pink Nike LeBron Soldier 14, that’s expected to release before the year’s end.

The Kay Yow series is a special campaign by Nike that honors the former legendary head Women’s Basketball coach at North Carolina’s State, Kay Yow which sadly passed away with breast cancer in 2009. The Kay Yow Foundation was founded before that in 2007 to honor her tough battle with the disease and provides funding for Cancer research and underserved women. Nike then has made it an annual thing to collaborate with the Kay Yow Foundation for breast cancer awareness themed sneakers.

This year, the Lebron 14 Soldier will be pulled out of the vault, showcasing a black mesh upper which is highlighted with pink accents. While normal Nike Swoosh branding is placed on the lateral sides, the Kay Yow Foundation ribbon is placed on the medial, to signify and honor the collaboration. Co-branded pink insoles begin to finish off the offering while a black midsole and pink translucent rubber outsole finishes off the sneaker.

A release date has not been scheduled but expect to see the Kay Yow Nike LeBron 14 Soldier to release this Fall 2020 season, maybe even in October to celebrate National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
