Before the Nike and Kobe partnership comes to a final end, the duo will be releasing one more rendition of the Nike Kobe 6 Protro dubbed, “Mamba Forever” which will honor Kobe and his daughter Gigi.

Set as a tribute to Kobe and Gigi, the Nike and Kobe relationship appears to be having a storybook ending to their long-time collaboration. Featuring a White, Black, and Metallic Gold color scheme, the Nike Kobe 6 Protro arrives as respectful and as classic as possible with a black snakeskin textured upper, that’s paired with white detailing on the Nike Swoosh logo, heels, tongue label, and lacing system. The number 2 in Metallic Gold is placed onto the ankles which coincide with the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation logos on the heel which are paired respectfully with “Kobe” and “Gigi” underneath. Finishing off the design is a snakeskin-inspired sockliner as well as a black rubber midsole and white rubber outsole.

The Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Mambacita Sweet 16” will be dropping sometime this summer via select Nike retailers and for a retail price of $180. Enjoy first look images of the pair below and make sure to keep it locked to JustFreshKicks for updates as there will likely be a full boatload of demand and hype for these, so don’t miss out on any new information.
