The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League or EYBL has begun shipping out the exclusive Nike Kobe 5 Protro and KD 13 to this year’s young talent that showcase both silhouettes in summer-ready tones.
While the Summer Youth League has been canceled due to COVID-19, the league will still be sending the drip out to their athletes which will bring forth a Kobe 5 Protro and a KD 13. The Nike Kobe 5 Protro is set to feature a vibrant tie-dye upper while showcasing royal blue detailing on the tongue, laces, ankles, and sockliner while a black midsole and bright orange rubber outsole finish off the EYBL-exclusive design. Kevin Durant then dresses his 13th signature shoe in a bright psychedelic graphic that flows throughout the upper and tongue. A split Nike Swoosh in plum and salmon adorn the sides while a black midsole and volt outsole completes the Summer look. The young athletes will also receive matching sweats, shorts, tees, and basketballs.

Both the Nike Kobe 5 Protro and KD 13 EYBL 2020 will likely be exclusive to the league athletes but a release can come in the future so don’t rule out the possibility entirely.
