The Nike KD 3 will be coming out of retirement this year for a special “Aunt Pearl” offering, celebrating the life of KD’s beloved Aunt.
The “Aunt Pearl” collection we know of today began when Nike and KD were working on the KD 4 so this offering is fitting seeing as the model never was able to honor Durants’ Aunt like the latter models have. Set for an official colorway of Medium Soft Pink, White, and Lotus Pink, the sneaker has yet to surface in leaked images but the rendition is expected to sport a multi-pink colorway which also will includes accents of white across branded portions. Also, all proceeds from the design, go to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
